Pascal Geneviève General Manager

Pascal is a co-founder of Carbon Consult Group. He has extensive experience in life cycle assessment, carbon footprint and ecodesign. He is a certified GHG Inventory Quantifier. Pascal held various positions in a large Canadian aerospace company, the latest one being a specialist in ecodesign for the last five years. In this role Pascal was leading the life cycle assessment of a complete aircraft through the management of over 60 suppliers. Pascal previously worked for over six years as an engineer at the largest European plane manufacturer in France. During his career he has had numerous responsibilities in sectors such as engineering, ground tests, simulations and aftermarket support. Pascal has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Urbana Champaign, IL, and a Bachelor of Engineering from École des Mines in France.  

Jean PaquinExecutive VP

Jean is a co-founder of the Carbon Consult Group. He has over 20 years of experience in project management and development in the field of energy and renewables worldwide. Jean was previously Senior Director of Development of Hydro Power for a major Canadian power producer for over six years and Director of Business Development for one of the world’s largest wind and energy consultant for more than five years. Prior to that Jean was founder of a Canadian housing project in Europe and Principal in a management firm in Spain. He has a wide range of expertise with various organizations, with several responsibilities in sectors such as engineering, management, project finance and environmental. Jean has an eMBA from the John Molson School of Business and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at Concordia University.

Lukas BrochardTechnical Manager 

Lukas is a goal-driven individual with a strong desire to bring about transformational change towards sustainable development. He first started his career as a sustainability consultant for numerous international organizations before moving on to the private sector where he helped some of the largest corporations in the world to improve their environmental performance and enhance their positive social impact. Today, Lukas evaluates the environmental performance of over 5,000 companies in order to provide this information to investors. He has a B.Sc. from Ottawa University and a Masters from l’Université du Québec a Montréal.

John Wright - Private and public sector expert 

​John has over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sector. He was the Chief Information Officer for the City of Brampton (Canada’s tenth largest city). He became the City’ of Brampton’s Commissioner of Management Services and was Vice Chair of Brampton Hydro through the transition.Later on during his career, John joined one of the largest Canadian Independent Power Producer as Executive Director of Business Development. He was responsible for developing clean energy electricity projects including energy storage. He has been leading the 400 megawatt Marmora Pumped Hydro Energy Storage project which will convert an open pit mine into a long term energy storage asset and tourism attraction. He is currently on the board of directors for Energy Storage Ontario, which is an association of companies promoting energy storage. John is currently the CEO of a management consulting company specializing in project management, business development and corporate process improvement in the electricity and municipal sectors.

Jim Banks Independent Sustainability Expert

Jim is a passionate and accomplished sustainability expert with proficiency in new product development, strategic foresight and innovation. He is broadly diversed in experience and pragmatic in orientation. He has a track record of developing and implementing initiatives that build cultures of sustainability within large and small enterprises. Jim has dedicated seven years to managing a consultancy and 22 years advocating sustainability to design professionals as founder of a non-profit association. He is fully determined to help committed individuals and organizations become sustainability leaders.


David Beaudoin – Senior Project Manager

David has worked as an R&D project manager and process engineer on developing technologies for carbon capture and industrial waste management. He is an experienced GHG accounting professional. He has worked on nearly fifty ISO 14064 GHG projects, including for the Technoclimat Program, in a variety of industries ranging from mineral processing to waste management, renewable energy and process efficiency. He is a certified Environment Professional, EP(GHG), recognized by ECO-Canada and the GHG Management Institute and acts as a GHG assessor for the Standards Council of Canada. He partnered with various leading companies on the Canadian carbon market and greatly contributed to the development of the industry, creating value from GHG reduction initiatives. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnological Engineering and an MBA from Concordia University.

Eve Boileau - Project Manager

Eve spent almost 15 years in research in the private and public sectors. During this period she acquired a solid expertise in information retrieval and analysis. He is a person with a Cartesian, curious, versatile and rigorous mind. In sustainable development, its expertise includes the quantification of greenhouse gases. Her understanding of biochemistry and biological sciences makes her an expert in ecotoxicology and environmental regulation; In which she worked for a long time.  ​Eve holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Montreal and a Master's degree in Neuroscience from the University of British Columbia, and a Master's degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development from the University of Sherbrooke .

Alexandru Iordan - Project Manager 

Alexandru has over six years of experience in environmental affairs and eco-design, advancing various ground breaking initiatives. He led the translation of complex regulations into bite-sized business needs and the implementation of a product compliance management program at Canada’s main aircraft manufacturer. He is recognized for his leadership role in developing the next-gen industry standard for tracking compliance and obsolescence risks in the aerospace supply chain. Most recently he has been taking part in the design of the first worldwide carbon emissions offsetting scheme for aviation. ​Alexandru holds a chemical engineering degree and Masters from the University of Strasbourg in France. His “can do” attitude, team spirit and drive for change, make Alexandru the perfect ally for your next environmental sustainability project.

Jean-Christope Voyer - Project Manager 
Jean-Christophe has been working in the energy sector for more than five years, with a special interest in the challenges of the energy transition. He completed energy audits in the institutional, industrial and residential sectors, and worked on various energy efficiency projects. His interest in energy efficiency has spread to other energy-related fields such as renewables and sustainable development. Jean-Christophe sees energy as a development vector for emerging countries and as a key feature to providing a competitive edge to the business sector. He constantly challenges the status quo in search of solutions aligned with sustainable development goals. Jean-Christophe holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in innovation management at École de Technologie Supérieure (in process) and a microprogram in management of the energy sector at HEC.
